    i have put in a  'mandatory reconsideration to pip about my decision should i wait until after they have reviewed my  'mandatory reconsideration to try and claim carer allowannce

    If you have a pip award for daily living then the person that cares for you can put in a claim for carers allowance they don't need to wait for the mr decision 

    It is the carer that applies and gets paid not you
