Hi @Tori_Scope Thank you, I am now retired and get Full state pension and Attendance Allowance. I have Ulcerative Colitis and arthritis. I am a positive person and try to make the best of things even on my bad days. Having looked round the site I like the fact that people share there experiences. I look forward to joining in.

Hi @Teddybear12 - welcome to the community from me too. Yes, I do feel that sharing our experiences helps, & even with different disorders we often have some aspects in common, so this understanding can also help. I look forward to you joining in with the discussions, & hope you enjoy being part of this group.

Hi @chiarieds Thank you. I only wish I had taken the time to look at the site sooner. I never knew it covered so much.

Hi @bekindalways Before Covid I had joined the local U3A and was doing Philosophy and joined a cake and chat group. Unfortunately this had to stop but is due to start again in September. I have a small dog who is walked twice a day although he is now eleven so we just potter. Your husband's hobby sounds good do you have room for his creations ? I am sorry to hear you need help with your condition and hope you are still able get out sometimes. x

Hi @bekindalways Here is a photo of my little friend, his name is Toby as you can see he is a pug. It is only Basic Philosophy just something I thought I would have a go at. Your husband must have a lot of patience with his tiny figures they look great. Best wishes to you, take care. x
