    Welcome to the community, thanks for introducing yourself. 

    I think it's normal to have tough days every now and again, but also to have the right coping techniques in place to ensure that you can navigate yourself through those tricky moments and bounce back stronger, and I'm glad to see that you have the determination to keep trying and fighting those tough days :)
