Hi all, got through my surgery last week and needed a few days to recuperate.  Still sore, but hey ho. No pain without gain.... ot is it the other way around...? Lol.

Anyways, just thought I'd check in to see how everyone is. I'll get to catching up at some point. Right now bed beckons. Take care all and stay safe. Xxxxx

    Hi @bekindalways

It is great to see you are back with us again! It made me happy to see your post. Glad you managed to take the time to recuperate. How are you feeling now? Please take your time, I appreciate recuperation can take time after surgery. Your body knows best so listen to it and take care of yourself. Have you got any series or movies planned for your recuperation time?  :)

Hi all,  many thanks for your kind wishes. I'm much better today. How is everyone else?
Can't say that I like the dark evenings which have crept up on us.  This year has really flown by.
So has anyone started thinking about Christmas yet?  I think it'll be nice for families and friends to get together again after last year's. Mind you, I've had my trees and decs up all year and had a few Christmas dinners throughput the year with friends and family who sadly couldn't make it due to covid. 🤣  Tbh I'm sick of looking at them so it'll be nice to get them down and have some space for once.. lol

Anyways, hope everyone's well and taking care of themselves. Many thanks again for your kind words. Xxxxx

Hi @bekindalways I am glad you are improving. I have just booked my first concert for Christmas 18th December 2021. It is at the Bridgewater in Manchester. Carols by Candle Light. Go every year but not last year because of Covid 19. Hopefully will be able to see at least some of my family this Christmas. The year as you said has flown by. Take care. xx
