Eventually! Movement!

After 10 weeks and 3 days I have just been contacted by the DWP that tomorrow they will be looking Again at my Pip. ( daily living 6 points. Mobility 16 )
they just asked if I wanted to add anymore of which I said that the safety element of pip had not been taken into consideration and also the time element as the award was again 3 years.
they asked if the banking details were still the same and that was it.
apparently a letter will be sent in the next 7 days when decision is made.
so fingers crossed it won’t go to tribunal but I’m  just glad I have now managed to get to the top of the pile and it’s finally been moved on regardless of what the outcome is.
