I've sent my appeal forms in. Will they be sent by the courts to the DWP so they can respond?

I have sent all of my appeal forms in along with my reasons for my appeal.
will these papers be then sent by the courts to the DWP so that they can respond to them?

Yes. Once the DWP have responded HMCTS will then send a copy of everything to you. This will include everything the DWP have provided about your case including copies of everything you have sent them. The first thing to check when you get the 'bundle' is that everything you have sent to DWP and HMCTS is included.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

So I have got this correct then-
a copy it the appeal  letter that I have just sent to the HMTCS will now be forwarded to the DWP for their response.
    thank you
