Can I apply for new style ESA so that I can get my full pension?

    I read online that with the new style ESA any income will not be taken into account.

    I am having my small (£300 a month) deducted in full from my ESA, can apply for new style ESA so that I can get my full pension?  I get a disability premium too.

    No because it’s a contributions based only benefit and you will have needed to have worked in the previous 2 tax years to be able to claim it.
