Are your weekends different to your week days?

Do you tend to make more plans during the week or the weekend?

With me not really leaving the house they're both pretty much the same to me as working self-employed I work in my own time and weekends are no real difference, but I do enjoy the quiet of the weekend where I know I'm less likely to get contacted by people.

Do you do much at the weekend or are they the same as your week days?

I like the weekends because you always get sports on TV rugby, football, boxing, UFC, tennis always something to enjoy. And as you said less people bothering me by calling or knocking at the door.

I’m more of a weekday person. Weekends are just one of those things to me but I do often see it as an excuse to get a takeaway or something which I wouldn’t generally during the week. Sunday is also a day I try do nothing on too, fresh for Monday.

    Hi Biblioklept,
I work from home (IT for a local Government body), but only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 06:00 - 14:00 - so I have a 4 day weekend.
Putting work hours aside, I don`t think my work days are too different to my weekends in that I`m currently going through a "Men Behaving Badly" period (without the lewd comments about women and pizza boxes all over).

I always joke that the weekends and the weekdays are exactly the same for me but I think there is a bit of a difference like you say.

I like going for a drive on Sunday evening after the shops have closed as the roads are nice and quiet.

Our weekends are different, at the moment hubby works about three days a week (his choice to keep active) we are also so lucky that we have a large family, with our own siblings and our own children, so weekends we always have visitors, x

I like the weekends because I get to see my friends and family. :-)
