UC 50 phone call
Submitted form UC50 last week on behalf of my son because I am his appointee.
Today I missed a call from Universal credit health. I was not informed they would be calling me so how do they expect people to answer when busy/working ?

Hi @Ikonik
It's very frustrating but DWP often doesn't give notice for health assessment calls because they just expect appointees to be available. You can call them back using the number they called from or contact the Universal Credit helpline to reschedule☺️0 -
I got their number from the jobcentre but the Health assessment centre didn't have me on their records as appointee. So I've had to message jobcentre again. It's not helpful because I also care for my elderly mum and when I'm moving her., I can't answer the phone
