Hi monty and welcome
Although complaints about assessors, assessments and the DWP are important when you have been unfairly treated, the only way to achieve an award is to show that you meet the criteria for one

Hi Monty
Is this a change from DLA too PIP ?
If you have a PIP award what rate are you getting ?
Do you get the mobility component ?

i was getting DLA highest
now getting nothing
asessor knocked me off thats why i put in a complaint
against her she ruled 2 previous consultant reports out
she was only a Health wORKER -
Unfortunately this is a common occurance, but complaints will not win you your award. Your job is to show that you meet the criteria for an award
Have you asked for a mandatory reconsideration ?
This is the first stage that you need to go through to challenge the decision
It is very important that you are aware of the rules retating to the mobility component if this applies to you.
When you reach 65 the mobility component that you have can never be increased even if your needs change
As this is your change over from DLA to PIP it is the only opportunity the set your mobility needs for the future

lost mandatory lost tribunal
all to do with the asessors report
cant get anything now .i thought complaing would get my DLA reversed the first complaint they replied saying they did not knoww why she never gave me 12 points -
Sorry to hear that
The tribunals are independant and will have looked at all the evidence not just the HCP report.
Have you asked for a statement of reason from the judge ?
If an error in law can be found then you might be able to challenge to the UTT.
Hopefully one of the advisors might be able to give you some help
Can you claim Attendance allowance ?

you can apply for a Statment of reason from the tribunal
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
how to apply

Telephone the clerk of the tribunal or write to them

@monty1234 You do not have to be living with someone to apply for Attendance Allowance as it's based on the help that you need not the help you get. However there is no mobility component so it may be better to continue your fight to get PIP. Expert benefit advice would be a great help for you. Try ringing the Scope Helpline or contact CAB in your area.

i have exhausted everything mandortory and tribunal
theres nothing else i can do -
It is a long shot but you could try getting your local MP involved
Sorry but I am at a loss now to find any other way forward for you, Hopefully one of the advisers may have some suggestions

Hi @monty1234, I've moved this post into our Ask a Benefits Advisor category. Our advisors are receiving a large volume of enquiries at the moment, but somebody will be in touch ASAP and hopefully able to advise you further.
