Mum to 18 year old son with Epilepsy, Severe LD and Autism. Lost in the system. Very limited help getting to feel like we will need some help in the future. Married and a nurse working in the community. Advice is always appreciated and happy to offer any assistance. Xxx

Speaking from experience, a lot of us fall through the cracks.
Does your son have an EHCP?
Is he still in education?
What help do you need? what area are you in and what services have you already tried to access?
