Hello won my appeal about my pip last May the court awarded it till August 2018, received a letter in November asking if any thing as changed so I ticked no then got a letter saying that I had to attend another assessment in January this year, I got awarded daily living allowance but they have stopped my mobility allowance, was wondering if I could appeal against this decision,

Yes, you can appeal as you have had a new assessment. You just go through the same procedure as before - MR and, if necessary, Tribunal appeal. I think you have 28 days from the date of the award letter to lodge an MR request.
Did you ask the DWP for a copy of the assessor's report?0
