I'm currently a student working on a project about accessible kitchen spaces and was wondering what problems people with one hand or limited ability with hands have when washing dishes?

As person who born with one hand
I face many daily challenges which i try to find another ways to do my homeworks..
for what you are asking about washing dishs e.g (its hard to hold the dish with one hand and need to hold the spounge or even opening the water tap)
