Hi, I have finally  had a decision from the tribunal, which went well, I was awarded enhanced rate
of both, the judge says she referred to case law, also higher tier? im not sure what all this means
and also states in the letter inappropriate to fix a term? could anyone fill in the gaps for me please as none of this is completely clear to me,
many thanks paul.

I'm so pleased for you. I'm in the process of applying for a tribunal.

to fix a term means how long you get it for 1,2,3,years or even more but what they don't tell you they can call you back to be reasesset when they like

Means 'no end date'.  Mine is no end date but DWP have said they'll 'review' my award after 10 years.  No end date awards usually are reviewed after a maximum of 10 years - but could be reviewed earlier.  If DWP review my award before the 10 years are up, and want to reassess me, I'll complain to my MP.  Because DWP would be wasting public money reassessing me as I have a degenerative condition that will never improve!
