Hi I've been in the support group for 3 years I have spoken to my doctor about doing something like finding a little job I have PTSD anxiety and depression but I believe it could help me to do something that's not the same day in day out I've read you can get a job and still be entitled to ESA but doing it part time under 16 hour which I'd love as that will fit around my children has anyone ever done anything like this and if so what work can you do thank u in advance

    Hi @lbr92, and welcome! I've moved this post into our ask an employment advisor category where somebody will be in touch and able to offer further guidance on this.

    @lbr92,

    Welcome to the online community!

    I believe Scope's new Support to Work service may be useful to you.

    It offers 12 weeks of online support for job seekers in England and Wales.
    Our employment advisers can provide assistance with identifying your strengths and employability skills, interview techniques, writing a CV and cover letter and completing job application forms.

    We also have a benefit adviser who can give you information on your entitlements.

    If you would like more information on the service or would like to register, please fill out the referral form on: https://www.scope.org.uk/support/services/employment/support-work or call us on: 0300 222 5742.

    Kind regards,

    Donisha
