    Update,
    My friend opened the DWP letters.
    1 bout mortgage benefit stopping.
    2nd which I don’t understand.
    its new award from November 2017-November 2017!,,

    What??? This is 2018 is it not

    @susan48 Can you get someone else to open them for you at some point?  Having someone else do it for you might help, especially as you've been feeling low recently. Hopefully they are only uprating letters...

    I used to get stressed. Now I appear to be able to manage because I knew what was inside before hand. 

    My only worries now is the ESA transfer screw up!! They had under paid me, then took it off me.  :(

    They took the premium part of me for losing the pip care. 
    That's what's making me think they should have been paying it from the start in that case.

    I don’t think they know what there doing. Maybe your entitled to be refunded, not sure you’v seen the thread?
    the letter I got today about my award say November 2017-November 2017!,
    but it 2018
    i don’t understand
