hi so i an assessment officer is meant to be coming out to my home this morning. It sayson the letter between 10am and 12pm.Ive prepared myself all week never hardly slept. Well it is now 1223pm and still no one has arrived :( All the stress and worry and no one turns up.

    so ive just rang to find out where they were it turns out that the appointment has been cancelled. I wasn't notified that it was cancelled :(

    Hello, it's not your fault, but the acessor could be held up, car broken down, but he or she would be in a position to phone you of their delay or a cancalation. I would ring the number on your letter and ask for an explanation of why the acessor never turned up for a prearranged time slot for an home accessment. And what happenes now as you where ready and waiting.

    hi they said that they left a message on my answer machine Tuesday 15th to say that they have to cancel. I never got one so I don't know. Anyway I have a 2 to 3 week wait for another appointment. :(
