Really struggling without a car

Hi everyone am new to this,, before I start how is everyone? I suffer with fibromyalgia I got diagnosed about 4 years ago,, am on pip but the lower rate,, my condition is getting worse every single day,, I really need a car to get around would I qualify for the higher rate? But to be honest am scared to apply for it in case I get threw of it,, I can barely walk the top of my street which is about 200m,, it's a struggle for me every single day,, it's getting me down so much I miss doing things I used to do,, I can't go out cause it's a struggle for me,, and if I do I get taxis everywhere,, can someone pls help me? I really need a car sorry for going on people xxx

I think it's best that PIP should be aware of your symptoms worsening, also you can ask for an assessment visit at homeDisability Gamechanger - 2019

I have had three Motability cars in the past 5 years and all three were taken back as I lost the mobility element. Doesn't bother me now as I have given up driving - much easier with taxis & the bus.
I would suggest that you look to buy your own car like many previous Motability customers are now doing.
With your own car you can never have it taken away.
As for the Enhanced rate for Mobility you have to demonstrate and prove that you cannot walk beyond 20 metres

Enhanced rate mobility PIP = able to walk up to 20m aided
Standard rate = 10 points able to walk 20-50m aided, and able to walk 20-50m unaided 8 points.
