Hi, I claim ESA & PIP.
i just want to know if I can still claim that as well as doing an apprenticeship? -
PIP isn't affected because it's not means tested. However, if the work you're planning on doing contradicts your claim for PIP then you'll need to report those changes. When claiming ESA you can do permitted work but work no more then 15.59 hours per week without it affecting your ESA. You need to have permission from ESA to do this.If you're going to be working full time with the apprenticeship then you won't be entitled to ESA. You will need to ring ESA though to report the changes if you start work.

Welcome to the community, @fizzy123456! I hope the response from Poppy helps- there's also some more information about apprenticeships and benefits on this Student Room page.
