Hi guys,
I dont know if i am just being thick but i have printed off the tribunal form to appeal a PIP decision and i cant for the life of me find the address i am supposed to send it to. It says it is on the form but i cant see it lol. Does anyone know where i should be looking or know what it is hahaha... sorry for the daft question.

Thank you so much for your reply. A family member just pointed the address out on the form to me... it is in the signature section.
I feel so stupid! Poor eyesight and all that lol
