Now this is what he said. And then what he ticked. I'm sooooo cross!!!!
Planning and following a journey.
She states that she be unable to plan and follow directions to an unfamiliar place as she would get list and cannot read a map. She states that she needs promting to leave the house at all times and always has someone with her, due to anxiety an fear of falling  but when on a journey dies not need additional support, she is unable to use public transport due to anxiety around other people even with another person's support  she was driven to accessment by husband today
.so when ticking the option he ticked, can plan and follow a journey unaided
Also. I he wrote I live in a bungalow and my bathroom is upstairs.     Go figure
