    but
    dome people are genuinely nice, it was wrong what happened to me
     very happy with getting mobility back
    but
    i needed 1 more point to get care entitlement
    i forgot to sritd didn’t hhat j am udunv a vommode
    znc have to bd lifted in z X out if bed

    There's being genuinely nice but nice to the extent of contacting claimants to see what needs to be done to get a half decent award? - never heard of such a thing in the past 23 years of my history with them.

    I believe you it's just that what happened to you is not the normal thing that the DWP do.

    What is? Actually wanting to work with the claimants to try to get the right decision first time around?
    Whatever happened to just rubber stamping the assessors reports even if they are contradictory or are not justified by reference to the evidence submitted?

    Plenty of cows down here in Kent seen jumping over the moon tonight.

    It's not a new development - it's been in the guidance since 2013 but never acted upon!

    Physiotherapy will not score you any points unless it takes place at your own home.  Attending an appointment outside of your home doesn't count.  If it takes place in your home then it must be prescribed or recommended by a qualified DR, nurse, pharmacist, or health professional.

    yes it does tak3 place in my house
    my consultant made it very clear i5 was needed fir my gait etc

    the change is that i know have depression and am having medication and counselling and my other hip is being replaced
