My friend had his PIP stopped last year, he can't go out bu himself - any suggestions please?

A friend of mine had a pip assessment in October as he has many health issues an carnt go out by himself his pip was stopped last year an I was just wondering if anyone could help thank you

So, his PIP stopped in 2017 and since then he has reapplied and had an assessment in October 2018? Is he still waiting for a decision?0

Pointless to constantly reapply because using the same evidence they previously used, they'll most likely continue to be refused.Mandatory reconsideration the Tribunal if that fails is their best answer. Face to face advice is needed from either welfare rights or a law centre near them.0

OK thanks he just been told he has a cyst on his spine which effects his walking an also has arthritis in his arm0

A diagnosis, will not help a PIP claim claim. It's about how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activities based on the PIP descriptors.
