    Hi everyone. 

    I run run a popular rock I painting group in west Somerset where I live and have found it very therapeutic to my mental health and also keeping my brain active when having mobility problems.

    painting the rocks is great fun expressing thoughts and feelings etc and then go hiding them for others to find. 

    The furthest one one of my rocks has gone is to Texas in USA got some in Spain Cyprus all over the world.
