Hi last Thursday i got 15 points at tribunal and was placed onto support group. In march of last year i received a letter from DWP after mandatory reconsideration saying that i still had 0 points and thati had to claim jsa which i have been doing since then. Will DWP contact me? The judg

Hi,Great news. You'll eventually be contacted by DWP but this can take 8 weeks from the date of the decision.This is because they have as much chance to appeal the decision as we do but to do this they must first find an error in law. To find this they have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the statement of reasons. If they decide to request this they'll contact you by letter.0
