Hello everybody, I hope you are all keeping well. I just got a text today from the DWP to say they have been contacted by the Tribunal Service and they have 28 days to send their response.
I sent my appeal in 3 weeks ago, it seems to me the DWP has around 10 days left to respond to my appeal.
What happens if the DWP does not respond within 28 days, do I win by default?

HI,I'm afraid it doesn't work like that and you won't win by default. The Tribunal hearing will continue as it is now. There's a huge backlog in most areas and some are waiting as long as 1 year for a hearing date.1

I thought as much, anyway when I get the DWP response, I am sure I must be allowed to reply to it.
Should I include copies of previous tribunal rulings that went in my favour?0 -
You really need to get some expert face to face advice regarding this because as far as i know there's no rulings about previous awards for ESA.
