Hi
I am waiting for my tribunal hearing which should be in the next few weeks or months as in my area it is a min of 52 weeks wait. I am a nurse and want to keep my registration. For this reason, I undertook some training (unpaid). I also di 1.5 nursing shifts, following which I couldn't get out of bed for the rest of the week...... These were a total of 18hrsnot been paid for them and not sure if I will get paid but that isn't important. Do I notify ESA regarding these? I had intended to try to go back to work again but now know that it is impossible. I was in support group, then assessed again and put into wrag god alone knows why but mandatory appeal uphel the decision so I am off to Tribunal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Hi @AndyW welcome to the community. Thank you for sharing this with us. There is some information from the Citizen Advice website on the work you can do. Your local CAB may be able to advise you. We have some information on further appeal to tribunal.
