Hi all.
I'm a year three student from the university of South Wales. And I have cerebral palsy. I'm currently looking into research about children with CP and how fairly do the educational system treats them.

My dissertation is going to be investigating if children with cerebral palsy are having access to the appropriate education based on their cognitive ability rather than their physical ability.
My prediction is that children with typical/high cognitive ability are not having the access to appropriate academia (based of their cognitive level) when they attend in special needs schools. This is due to possibly prioritising their physical needs, such as physiotherapy, over their cognitive needs.
I was wondering if anyone on here would like to make a comment on their thoughts and feelings on this topic
Thank you
