I have just been diagnosed with heart valve disease and was wondering if any of you have it and how do you manage it.

I am not having too
man problems at the moment but if I do my dad is always on the other end of the phone. -
Just read last post and noticed I wrote man problems and not many problems. Done some research and it looks like i was probably born with heart valve problems. The doctor told me he already knew I had a heart murmur and it is only just starting to cause me problems. I will just have to look after myself a bit more and slow down and learn to relax when I
need to. -

I know this is a difficult time for you. We are here to be supportive. I can understand at this time everything is causing you a lot of anxiety.
What I think is important is to find ways to deal with the anxiety and stress.
I use my self as I suffer mental health issues have anxiety and use meditation and quiet time. Have a lot of relaxation music easy listening calming.
Does help.
May I also add contact The British Heart Foundation they may suggest support groups you can join. In your area where you reside.
Something to look at and consider.
