Hi there.
Im new to this.
I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis.
My work have me on a 2nd stage warning due to my absences, my condition has been ongoing for over a year.
I'm going to tell work i fall under the disability category and they need to make reasonable adjustments.
What should i say about my warnings for the absences?
Also im already Part time. -
Hi @Mrs_SP and a warm welcome to the community! It's great to have you here. I really hope your employers will be understanding and be able to put reasonable adjustments in place. ACAS would be able to support you with this process if this is something you felt you needed. You may also find that the Equality Advisory and Support Service would be able to help with the current warnings you have had for medical absences. Please do keep us updated and I hope you are able to get things sorted
