If you've got the result from the medical you need to do a mandatory reconsideration. They give you a month to do this but up to 13 months I believe if you have a good reason for it to be delayed

Hello @lostpuppy42 and welcome to the community. When did you receive your decision for PIP?

I'm still in a log of pain and don't sleep well, my mental health has taken huge hit over the last 3 and half years. Still not in a great place with my mental health but ohh well... ?

You need to request the Mandatory Reconsideration but you have to have good reason why you didn't request it in the first month. If they don't accept your reasons they'll send you a decision letter and the decision will remain the same but most do. Your next step will be Tribunal.

Do be aware that they won't take into consideration any worsening of condition since the decision was made. Further advice is needed from an advice centre near you.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
