As part of World Emoji Day, Apple have finally announced a range of new emojis to be launched in the Autumn, including a few that might go some way to recognising disability diversity. This batch of 20 new emojis announced today will include (among others) a wheelchair user, a prosthetic arm, a guide dog, a person with a cane and a person signing they are deaf.

Apple have noted that while not representative of all types of disability, they hope their new emojis will act as a good starting point.
What do you think about Apple's new emojis? If you could design an emoji to represent your disability, what would it be?
