Thank you for the warm welcome.Adrian, a little about me...what to say?I became unwell five plus years ago so an acquired disability I guess. Being ill and the resulting disability isn't great and I'm just learning that while denial is useful it has huge, ginormous flaws. I'm friendly, outgoing, and obviously a wonderfully, fantastic person although I can't be trusted anymore not to cancel plans.Connie00, thank you for the lovely welcome and offer of assistance. I'm going to take you up on that. I don't suppose you could tell me or point me in the right direction of how to delete a post. I managed to post my initial welcome message twice. I'd like to avoid that in the future.Thank you all, I appreciate you.J
