7 months still waiting

in PIP, DLA, and AA
I received the information from the appeals in 2nd January but I'm still awaiting an appeal date...... Anyone know the time scale for replies from the appeal courts

    There is no set time scale most are a 12 months and longer.

    Hi @Rosiewestmore and a warm welcome to the community! I'm sorry you have been waiting for 7 month, like @wilko has said, some people are waiting longer than 12 months.
