Hello every one got a notification been on here for two years.

Take some time to thank every one who has been supporting me and those who now regard as my friends.

Love you all.

Never thought be involved in a Charity again but SCOPE has given my self esteem back.

Helped and healed the aid to recovery.

The dark days of addiction. Proud to be part of this forum.

Use my knowledge and expertise plus my humour some days to grace the forum. Feel respected.

Also taking time to listen to those who are ill have conditions or disability . Give me the opportunity to give them some support, guidance and advice.

To those who need it. Thank you for that.

Much appreciated love my role as community champion. Where has the time gone amazing.

May it continue.

To the team thanks for believing in me and giving me some days the much needed lift. Anxiety and depression never easy to deal with.

Need sunshine.  Some days difficult but when I come on here get the warmth and kindness.

Thank you to those who mean a lot . They know who they are. Special ones who keep me happy and content.  Give me hope and inspiration in my prayers all the time.

Take care.

@thespiceman

    We are very fortunate and glad that you are a member of the community. It wouldn't be the same place without your kindness and wisdom. Not forgetting the delicious recipes that even a very average cook like me can follow!

    I hope you've found support amongst the folks here too. :)
