Hi
i have sent off my PIP form today but realised I have forgotten to sign and date it.
what should I do ?

    I have completed and sent off my PIP forms today but realised I have forgotten to sign  it

    Hi @LRI and welcome to the community! Did you scan a copy of your report? You could print it out and sign it. Alternatively, you could ring DWP to see what they say. But you may have to fill out a new claim form.

    Hi
    I kept a copy of it ,that’s how I realised I hadn’t signed it.Ive tried to call PIP helpline but was left on hold for over 30 mins 
    It had to be sent back by 2/10/19.
    only leaves 2 weeks to get another one and send it back again?

    Take a copy of the copy, sign it and send it. No need to ring to ask for another form.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    i thought it had to be the original form sent back ?

    The original has already been sent minus the signature .. send the copy and they'll have both.

    Hi @LRI. Have you managed to send off the copy? It might be worth including a brief letter explaining what's happened.

    I rang them today
    They have put a note on the computer details on my file and will send the form back for me to sign.
    they were very helpful
