This is something you need to talk with your doctor about. None of us can offer medical advice unfortunately. Ask if you can try other medications instead that do not contribute to you gaining weight, feeling tired and actually help reduce the pain. .
Are you a member of any support groups or not? Use Facebook to find one online or see if there are any in your local area you can join. -

Yes I probably couldn't get back up either lol but I have 3 young adults with autism and other complex needs so I need to they keep me going also have two dogs that are great therapy for my kids after a stressful day.
