ESA Court Date

I am due in Court for an ESA Review today. I came back from an accompanied break 5 days ago, whilst on holiday I had an Epileptic Fit and spent 3 days in hospital. My tongue has been bitten and my memory is very poor - I spent 3 hours wandering around Barcelona (being looked for) whilst in an Epileptic trauma thinking I was being followed and that I was in a game show playing for my life. I have a note from the Spanish Dr and an appt tomorrow with my own GP and I will be asking for another appt with my Specialist as my Epilepsy is worsening. My Dr still issues Fit Notes yet the DWP “Nurses” deem me fit for work, overruling the Senior Medical Practitioner.
Now, my argument is always, how can a Nurse overrule a Specialist? Notwithstanding other neurological disorders, Epilepsy is so difficult to diagnose. Mine is Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, generally brought on by stress - this time DWP/Divorce related. I had all my email notes/threads to the DWP but now can’t locate them. I do have hard copies however, I now have to ring to advise about this setback. I do receive PIP because of my Disability.
What do I do?

Hi,Do you mean you have an ESA Tribunal today and not an ESA review?I'm sorry to hear what happened while you were away on holiday. It's not clear what your question is. If you're asking whether the Tribunal will take into consideration a worsening condition then i'm afraid they won't. They will only consider what your condition was like at the time the original decision was made.Good luck for today and do let us know the outcome.0
