Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the statement of reasons from a tribunal

    Hi nicjack48

    In my experience it usually takes between one to two months for a statement of reasons to be sent out following a request. I allow one month and then contact HMCTS to make sure my request has been received and to ask when I can expect to receive the statement.
