How do we make job hunting more accessible?

In your experience how have job boards treated/worked or not worked for you as an individual?
I'm HI and am currently healing after getting my abutment fitted for my BAHA (I'm so excited!) but I'm also only recently employed again after an arduous job search.

Do you declare your disability when you job hunt? (I appreciate it'll depend largely on your disability/potential role)
Have you encountered employers/recruiters who ask outright?

Finding lots of articles about work place discrimination but what about the job hunting journey?
Love to hear from others on their job hunting experiences.

No. I work with young children who are very poor readers and spellers. I support them in developing their literacy skills. I also am a freelance childcare provider and part time massage therapist. I do not tell anyone until the interview is over about my dyscalculia. This is my choice. It is up to you however. Do what feels right. And no I honestly have not.
