    Hi to Adrian

I do not understand how it can take 11 days for me 2 get my first biopsy result and then have to wait till next weds to have my second one I couldn't have it done this week as looking after my grandson Friday and you are Not allowed to lift after having it done.
Just seems like they waste time in telling you the results
And I didn't want to inform my daughters as because of her operation next week which is making me anxious.

Hi @Sparklebrightisright - I just wanted to welcome you to this great community too. I'm sorry to read about all you've got going on at the moment; it can't be easy. Do talk here any time as the people here are very caring & friendly I've found, & there will usually be someone about. What day next week does your daughter have her op?
I used to teach relaxation classes a long time ago, but still use the following myself if in too much pain, & every night to help me relax & go to sleep. It does help reduce stress, so I'll send this link about diaphragmatic breathing just in case. See: https://www.guysandstthomas.nhs.uk/resources/patient-information/therapies/abdominal-breathing.pdf
