    Struggling
    Think I may have a problem spine and hip leg pain real problem it mo ,on tramadol  and gabapentin am due to go in to hospital pain clinic for lumber jabs etc but now with the cold 19 virus not sure if or when this is likely to be.

    I am so sorry @fenfisher that you are struggling at the moment. It a time like this we can support each other. It is true many appointments will be delayed by Covid 19. Have you looked at some of the useful recent post

    I hope that the back clininc (which might comprise of  a mixture of neurosurgeons, orthopaedics, physios, nurse specialists, psychologists) will order some scans for you and refer you on for pain assessment too. 
    It is important to remember that X rays don't show soft tissue damage (discs or other) and that not everything shows up on an MRI either - my own personal experience - but hold on to the fact that you are not going mad and it is not in your head.

    I also use it when I do n’t have time to stretch and relieve pain. Have you tried massage and physiotherapy? They work for me, and I go there once a month. Most of the time, I do yoga exercises, turning my back at a very slow speed and stretching the muscles a little bit. After the end, the pain can always be relieved for a period of time.
