Hi just wanting some information I get pip and esa when my husband claims his pension in November will my benefits stop I’m 55 husband 65 thankyou would appreciate some input

    Hi @january09 and a warm welcome to the community!

    Your PIP won't be affected due to it not being means tested. ESA will depend if you are on new style ESA, contribution-based or income-related. Also, is it a joint claim?

    You are what’s known as a mixed age couple and the rules around this are opaque and complex. You need advice as soon as possible. Do not claim anything until you have had that advice.
