Winning my Employment Tribunal against United Response

It's my pleasing duty to let all know in our online community that I won my case against United Response for unfair dismissal. United Response dismissed me under their capability procedure because of my autism diagnosis. The Judge said my autism should have been no barrier, my employment history was good, I should not have been dismissed and I did not contribute in any way to my dismissal. Clearly United Response breached not just employment law but its obligations and missions as a charity to campaign for autistic people to be accepted and supported into work

Hi, that's fantastic news and thanks for sharing that with us.
It just goes to highlight how many companies still do not adhere to the Equality Act and discriminate against disability.
Well done you
