Hi @JadeShortt welcome to scope this evening, how are you? Are you a member of a union? they would be great people to get advice from, how long have you been shielding for and if its getting close to the 12 weeks do you still need to shield?
I'm sorry more questions than answers.

Hi @JadeShortt Welcome to the community, as far as I am aware if shielding you will be classed as not fit to work so should get any company sick pay you are entitled to and also SSP for 28 weeks.

Your company may be using your holiday entitlement to make up a shortfall in pay to you as you will not be able to take all your holidays due to the shielding this could be used to make up the shortfall. However you should have been consulted about this and in agreement.

I suggest you discuss this with your HR department or a union if you have one, if not you can go to ACAS for employment rights help

I would agree with @janer1967, I am a Rep myself for a Union and feel that they should be able to help you fight this!
