Hi do you get SDP ? If so you can't move to UC.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

What's sdp
-
I get £130 a week if that helps I'm on the old ESA
-
Hi @laney1970 - SDP is the Severe Disability Premium. If you receive this, as woodbine says, you can't be moved onto UC.

I'm not sure what I get to be honest
-
No I don't get sdp

Hi @laney1970. Am I reading it correctly that you don't need to claim Housing Benefit or help with housing costs when you move? If you're moving and don't need to claim help with housing benefit and the rest of your situation is the same, you can simply update ESA with your new address.
