Hey. I applied in Nov 19. I was refused then I put in dispute. They have written stating they will re look at my claim. I received a letter today dates 1 August 20 staying in receiving pip at high rate and changes to amount in April?? But I haven’t heard anything else and haven’t been awarded anything. Kind Regards. HI and welcome,I'm afraid you'll need to ring DWP tomorrow morning to ask what the letter is about because they are the only ones that can tell you. We can only guess why you've been sent that letter. They open at 8am and the number to ring is 0800 121 4433
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thank you ?

I phoned them and system was down but stated it’s a letter they usually send along awarded letter. It just seems my awarded letter is delayed. Thank you all.
