My BF has suffered with fibromyalgia for over a decade. Last year she suffered an injury to her thoracic spine which hasn't healed properly leaving her with brittle back pain on top of the usual crippling pain in her hips and pelvis from the fibro. All the pain has left her unable to reach comfortably to self pleasure and on the days she can the discomfort and pain means shes never able to achieve orgasm. As she is single and coronavirus restrictions plus social anxiety at the best of times means she can't just find someone to help scratch her itch(although I suspect the pain would still be a problem even if she could). Any advice or even just a suggestion of where to go looking for solutions to her problem would be appreciated.

Hi @darcy969
Welcome to the community. It's not a nice situation for your friend and I'm sorry to read that she is in such pain. Is your fried getting any support managing her pain at all? She might want to ask her G.P. for a referral to a pain management clinic.
There are some solutions that she might want to try from Hot Octopus or The Pleasure Garden Shop
I hope those websites are helpfulScope

Yes shes been with the pain clinic for several years has even done their pain management course. Unfortunately getting into see them isn't as easy as a gp. I'm going to speak to her gp tomorrow to see if they can possibly try her on some form of muscle relaxant to try and at least help help her relax into it.
