hi @blightycufc welcome to scope, it probably doesn't mean anything either way, what I would suggest you do is to contact them on Monday, 9a.m is the best time to phone.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Hi @blightycufc and welcome ......Not getting an answer from DLA does not mean your daughter has been refused DLA . There is a huge backlog at this time .
I think your best bet is to give them a phone and speak to someone directly .
Please have all your your information( and your daughters information) in front of you when you phone , good luck ....and please let us know how you get on ?

thank you . I will phone them .
-
Hi and welcome I would imagine they haven’t made a decision yet as even if refused you would have been notified give them a call as advised

yes ive tried since Monday but I get cut off after about half an hour . tried again this morning and the same thing happened . .

I managed to get through to dla this morning . my daughter was rewarded thank you very much for the advice.

Rewarded? Do you mean they are going to continue to pay the DLA until a decision's made on the PIP?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
yes till 2026 then she turns 16 thanks .
