Threads not being bumped when a reply is posted

Just want to bring this to the attention of the admin.
It seems that when posting on threads they are not being bumped to the top of the forum, and the “x new” posts that tells you there are new posts, is not appearing.
It was first noticed this on Poppy123456’s “Announcement” thread however I’ve just noticed it is happening on my “The Person Below Me” thread. So it seems it is spreading away from more than the one thread.
